- We offer a 1 year limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship.
- This warranty applies to the original owner and is void if the product is structurally altered, or is subject to stress beyond the physical limits of the materials used in the body or components (or is damaged as a result of abnormal use).
- Punctures to the Ice Core Blanket and normal wear to the item is not warranted.
- To make a warranty claim, please contact us at help@re3compression.com and we will issue you with a warranty request form. Once your warranty claim is approved, we will issue you with a RMA – Return Material Authorization Number. The RMA and the original sales receipt must be included with your item. We will contact you to arrange collection at a time that suits you.

Works really well. The wrap around velcro stays firmly in place even when walking around. The ice packs are slim and fit into the zip pocket. Supplied with 2 so always one in use and the other freezing. Super idea and a great product. Well Worth the money.

I was told about this RE3 10 days after I had a total knee replacement, I was using ice packs wrapped up in cloth. Arrived in a few days. Works great. Easy to move around when you need to and you can leave it on unlike other machines that you are stuck to the bed with them on. Plus a sight more economical than hire of expensive hospital machines.

Bought one for my husband in March 2025 when he injured his knee. Fast forward to footy season and i've just bought a second so he can ice both knees at the same time after training/playing for faster recovery. great purchase and would highly recommend! Only comment I have is perhaps the storage bags can come in different colours like the original packaging (knee blue, shoulder pink) as we also bought the shoulder one and we keep pulling the wrong brace out of the storage bags!
