- This warranty applies to the original owner and is void if the product is structurally altered, or is subject to stress beyond the physical limits of the materials used in the body or components (or is damaged as a result of abnormal use).
- Punctures to the Ice Core Blanket and normal wear to the item is not warranted.
- To make a warranty claim, please contact us at help@re3compression.com and we will issue you with a warranty request form. Once your warranty claim is approved, we will issue you with a RMA – Return Material Authorization Number. The RMA and the original sales receipt must be included with your item. We will contact you to arrange collection at a time that suits you.

I love this item. As someone that's just had a meniscus tear and I am spending a lot of time resting it has actually been really beneficial to have a product that I can leave on to do some long-term anti-inflammatory treatment without using tablets more. I found the value of this item immeasurable already and it's only been a couple of weeks. When I do end up with a TKR eventually I believe this item will become even more helpful. But overall it's helping with the other knee which is dealing with compensation issues so I have nothing but praise.

I bought my first RE3 for post op knee replacement surgery. It was instrumental in helping me recover well, reducing swelling but more importantly managing pain.
