- We offer a 1 year limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship.
- This warranty applies to the original owner and is void if the product is structurally altered, or is subject to stress beyond the physical limits of the materials used in the body or components (or is damaged as a result of abnormal use).
- Punctures to the Ice Core Blanket and normal wear to the item is not warranted.
- To make a warranty claim, please contact us at help@re3compression.com and we will issue you with a warranty request form. Once your warranty claim is approved, we will issue you with a RMA – Return Material Authorization Number. The RMA and the original sales receipt must be included with your item. We will contact you to arrange collection at a time that suits you.

I purchased the RE3 back compression because the knee on I have is amazing. This little beauty hasn't let me down either. After having a total knee replacement back in June I have had constant back pain due to the limping and pressure on my spine from walking un even. I had to return to work in October and the pain got worse. I have used the back compression after work and it has helped a lot. This product is worth every dollar. I had surgery on my spine several years ago which worked at the time but slowly the pain has returned.
I don't want surgery again if it can be avoided. Heat works with pain meds, but I thought I would give the ice a try. It worked wonders on my knees after my replacements, and I find it gives me some temporary relief on my back as well. I know it's not a permanent fix but so far, I am happy with the results.
The order process was easy, and postage was prompt. I reckon you should give RE3 a go for pain management and recovery treatment .
